Contract Description

OASIS Small Business (SB) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, 100% small business set-aside, that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. OASIS SB Pool 1 covers Management/Scientific/Technical Services. The assignments undertaken under this pool may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects, and related services.
